Working Bees are held on the first Saturday of every month, after major weather events and as required to complete tasks as they come up.
We will give all members as much notice as possible and update the event dates on the Facebook page and the Club Calendar on the website. For the active members, each working bee will be a chance to get one of your participation events towards your membership discount.
There will be a Sausage Sizzle for those participating which will give the opportunity for a little socialising and a catch up after the work is done.
ALL RANGES WILL BE CLOSED AND OFF LIMITS TO ALL ARCHERS FROM 730am UNTIL THE WORKING BEE IS COMPLETE AT APPROXIMATELY 12pm (MIDDAY) ON THE DAY OF A WORKING BEE. THIS IS A SAFETY CONCERN AND IS NOT NEGITIABLE.
Please note, that as per the conditions stated on the website when signing up it is a condition of keeping your active member discount that you are agreeing to undertake a minimum of 4 volunteering activities within the club each membership year and a minimum of 2 of these activities must be undertaken by June of the membership year. If these requirements are not met you will be asked to pay the additional $100 for the non-active membership rate or have your membership cancelled.
We will do our best to accommodate those that can’t make the Saturday events, so if any of the dates noted don’t work for you please reach out via Facebook messenger and we will see what we can do.
