Refunds & Cancellations

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Refund & Cancellation fees are as follows:

We are a small volunteer organisation who offer our courses to participants as we genuinely love the sport of archery. We are constantly booked for all of our courses and generally have a long wait list of participants who want to join in. To facilitate this we ask participants to cancel bookings if required as soon as they are able to as we can generally rebook the course immediately. We must however have in place a 100% cancellation fee within if you cancel within 2 days prior to your scheduled Introduction to Archery Course. We will try and avoid this if we are able to rebook new participants but given the short time frame this may not be possible.

There will be no refund of any part of your course costs should you fail to arrive at on your scheduled date.

Refunds

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
